The Diocesan Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian presided over the last Diocesan Council meeting of the year on Saturday, December 3rd. The main topic on the agenda included the visit of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians for the Youth Rally and Conference in March 2017.
