Agbu Asbeds Present An Evening With A Scholar

The Honorable John Evans, former US Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia and Professor Sergey Markedonov, Chairman of the Department of Humanities and Center for Strategic and International Studies of the University of Moscow were the AGBU Asbeds’ guests of honor on November 18, 2016.

Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles was the venue for the notable gathering and lecture. Moderated by Mr. Kurken Berksanlar, former Chairman of the AGBU Asbeds (2008-2012), the guests provided an in-depth analysis on the future of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic from the American and Russian points of view.

The Vicar General of the Western Diocese the Very Rev. Fr. Pakrad Dz. V. Berjekian attended the event and conveyed his words of appreciation to the organizers.
