Parish Council And Ladies Society Of The Armenian Apostolic Church Of Glendale Receive Primate'S Blessing 

On Sunday, October 19, 2025, during the Divine Liturgy at St. Leon (Ghevontiants) Armenian Cathedral, the Ladies Society and the newly appointed Parish Council of the Armenian Apostolic Church of Glendale received a special blessing from His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese. The day’s celebrant, Archpriest Fr. Manoug Markarian, Pastor of the Armenian Apostolic Church of Glendale, introduced the members of both bodies to the faithful and spoke about the significant milestone of commencing the construction of the parish’s new church building in Glendale.

Following Fr. Manoug’s remarks, Archbishop Derderian offered heartfelt prayers for the dedicated men and women who will lead and serve the growing Glendale parish community. With words of encouragement and pastoral guidance, His Eminence blessed them, invoking God’s wisdom, strength, and grace in their sacred mission to foster spiritual growth, unity, and love within the Armenian Apostolic Church.
