Primate Delivers Nativity Homily At St. Mary'S Assyrian Church Of The East

At the invitation of Cor-Bishop Fr. George Bet Rasho, on December 27, 2024, the Diocesan Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, accompanied by Fr. Khajag Shahbazyan and Fr. Nzhdeh Keshishyan visited St. Mary's Assyrian Church of the East in Tarzana.

In celebration of the Feast of the Nativity, the Primate was invited to delivered his spiritual message to the congregants, emphasizing the importance spiritual renewal of every Christian through Christ's miraculous birth. During the service, spiritual hymns of the Armenian Church were also performed by the Shnorhali Choir under the conductorship of Deacon Artur Vardanyan.

A light reception was held in the church hall following the service.
