Dear Srbazan,
On the blessed occasion of the Feast of the Nativity and Theophany, we extend our pontifical blessings and heartfelt wishes to you, the reverend clergy, the diocesan and parish councils, and the entire faithful.
“Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests” (Luke 2:14). The angels praise and glorify the Savior, God’s Only Begotten Son who was born in a stable in Bethlehem.
As we prepare to welcome the New Year, the hearts our people are filled with hope and peace. We believe that the abundant heavenly blessings of the Almighty God will strengthen our people to overcome modern-day challenges and will guide us as we walk the path of a prosperous future with a fortified sense of national identity.
We call upon you to multiply your efforts to contribute to the strengthening of our sovereignty, to protect the rights of our compatriots who were forcefully displaced from their ancestral land of Artsakh, to ensure the safe return of our prisoners who are held in captivity and the protection of the spiritual and cultural heritage of Artsakh.
Beloved Srbazan, on this glorious and spiritually-enriching Feast of the Nativity, we pray for God’s peace to reign on Earth and especially in our Motherland. May the Good Lord grant you health and a fruitful ministry for the glory of God, the prosperity of the Western Diocese and our Apostolic Holy Orthodox Church. May the Incarnate Savior protect you and your loved ones under His Benevolent Right Hand and be glorified through your noble and prosperous deeds.
