On December 27, 2022, Dr. Nazareth Darakjian, President of the Armenian Missionary Association of America (AMAA), accompanied by Mr. Zaven Khanjian, Executive Director/CEO of AMAA, visited the Western Diocese and met with the Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian.
Welcoming their presence the Diocesan Primate wished continued success in their mission as well as a prosperous upcoming year, filled with God's love, peace, and grace. Current events taking place in the Republic of Armenia, matters related to the Diaspora and local communities as well as collaborations between the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church and the AMAA were discussed.
