Our annual Toy Drive received a major push ahead this week when the ladies from "Circle of Faith" visited the Western Diocese and brought their collection of toys. The Circle of Faith is a group of passionate Armenian women devoted to Christian Faith, Armenian Church, and Culture. Studying the Word of God in a small Bible Study life group, they bring scripture to life with their acts of charity.
The group was greeted at the Diocese by Archbishop Hovnan Derderian and Fr. Vazken Movsesian. His Eminence blessed the group and spoke of their good deeds and charity as the example of Christian faith within the Armenian community.
The Toy Drive, sponsored by the In His Shoes ministry, continues through the next weekend. You may drop off toys at the diocese or order online at StockCalifornia.com with Code "TOYS21" - select "pick-up" for delivery and our elves will do the rest.
