Feast Of The Pentecost Celebrated At St. Leon (Srbots Ghevontiants) Armenian Cathedral - Four Altar Servers Ordained

The Feast of the Pentecost was observed by the Armenian Church on Sunday, May 23, 2021. At St. Leon (Srbots Ghevontiants) Armenian Cathedral, the Rev. Fr. Vazken Movsesian celebrated the Divine Liturgy and delivered the sermon in the service which was presided over by the Diocesan Primate His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian.

During the service, assisted by the Rev. Fr. Khajag Shahbazyan and Archpriest Fr. Manoug Markarian, the Primate ordained altar servers Arshak Ter-Hovhannisyan, Ohan Kilislian, Aron Petrosian, and Aram Dakessian into the Diaconate. Archbishop congratulated the newly-ordained deacons, extending his blessings and conveying to them his wholehearted wishes in their renewed commitment to serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to uphold the sacred traditions of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
