On April 24, 2021, faith and community leaders gathered at the Armenian Genocide Martyrs Memorial Monument for a collective service commemorating the 106th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
The Diocesan Primate His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian attended the service accompanied by Achpriest Fr. Arshag Khachadourian, Archpriest Fr. Manoug Markarian, the Rev. Fr. Yeremia Khachatryan and the Rev. Fr. Avedis Abovian.
