Freedom Loving Youth Gala 2019

The Freedom Loving Youth 5^th Annual Gala Banquet was held on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at the Palladio Banquet Hall in Glendale. The Rev. Fr. Vazken Movsesian attended the banquet representing the Diocesan Primate His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian.

Freedom Loving Youth was founded in 2012 by Karoline Kouzounian Samuelian. The organization’s mission is to transform the lives of orphans and children in need worldwide. FLY focuses on neglected children facing tremendous poverty, abuse, illness, and injustice worldwide. FLY receives the full-fledged support of His Grace Bishop Armash Nalbandian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of Damascus. FLY primarily works to impact the lives of orphans and children that face poverty, war, illness, neglect, and abuse.

The non-profit organization is composed of volunteers dedicated to helping children in dire need while serving the Lord along their journey. All proceeds from the event were donated to helping children and families living in severe measures of poverty and hunger.
