The Acyo Central Council Travels To The Pacific Northwest To Meet With The Youth Of Holy Resurrection Armenian Church Of Washington And St. Kevork Armenian Church Of Oregon

The ACYO Central Council traveled to the Pacific Northwest to meet with the youth of Holy Resurrection Armenian Church of Washington and St. Kevork Armenian Church of Oregon.  On Saturday, the Central Council attended the 3rd annual Armenian Festival of Seattle.  The Central Council would like to extend their gratitude to the Rev. Fr. Vazgen Boyajyan, the Parish Council and ACYO for their warm welcome.

On Sunday, the Central Council attended Divine Liturgy at St. Kevork Armenian Church in Oregon followed by a presentation to the youth of the parish about the ACYO and its importance to the local Armenian Church Community.

After the regional meeting the group joined together at Dave and Busters for an evening of fellowship and friendly competition. The Central Council would like to also thank the Rev. Fr. Mashdots Keshishian for inviting and welcoming the Central Council along with the Parish Council, Ladies Society and the youth for attending. We look forward to trips to the Pacific Northwest in the future to strengthen these communities and expand the horizons of the ACYO within our Diocese!
