Preparing For The 89Th Annual Diocesan Assembly

The Armenian Apostolic Church of Las Vegas will host the 89^th Annual Diocesan Assembly Weekend from May 5-7, 2016. The Ladies Society Assembly and Clergy Conference will be held on Thursday, May 5 and will be followed by the Blessing and Dedication ceremony (Navagadig) of the Armenian Church of Las Vegas.

On May 6, delegates will gather for the 89^th Annual Diocesan Assembly which will be followed by the consecration of the church and cross stones. The assembly gala banquet will be held later that evening.

On Saturday, May 7, the Primate will preside over the official dedication ceremony of the Khenteer Tajirian Educational Center adjacent to the church building.

The Assembly weekend will culminate on Sunday, May 8 with the episcopal celebration of the Divine Liturgy by His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese.

Construction efforts of the Armenian Church of Las Vegas are progressing according to plan.
