Little Angels Academy Students Visit The Western Diocese

On April 5, 2019, the first and second grade students of Little Angels Academy, led by their teachers Mrs. Armine Avetisyan and Mrs. Kaghtsrik Manukyan, visited the Headquarters of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church.

They were led on a tour of St. Leon (Srbots Ghevontiants) Armenian Cathedral and the Zorayan Museum located in the lower gallery of the Western Diocese and the Western Diocese Turpanjian Diocesan Bulding by Mr. Hayk Madoyan, Librarian and Ecumenical Officer of the Western Diocese.

The students also met the Diocesan Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian who encouraged them to remain steadfast in their prayerful life and to preserve the centuries-long sacred traditions of the Armenian Apostolic Church and to uphold and cherish the Christian values of an Armenian family.   

Prior to departure, the students were treated to a pizza lunch.
