On March 12, 2018, former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa met with the professionals of the Armenian-American community. The City Club in Los Angeles was the venue of the gathering.
The Diocesan Primate Archbishop Hovnan Derderian attended the function accompanied by Dn. Harout Markarian, Executive Director of the Western Diocese.
